Cancellation
A minimum of 45 days notice of an appointment cancellation is required. If less than 14 days is given then 100% of the total service fee will be retained by company: Jas Chana - Personal Stylist
If more than 45 days notice is given then your full fee will be refunded. However, an admin fee of £75.00 will be deducted.
If less than 45 days notice is given then 50% off your total fee is non refundable.
If you Cancel or Reschedule a session multiple times then the above does not apply and you will lose all monies paid
All Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of booking. After this period all monies will be retained.

Bespoke Style Report Terms & Conditions
All style ideas and recommendations included in your bespoke style report are based on the information you provide in your style questionnaire, including your personal preferences, lifestyle, existing wardrobe, body shape, style goals and shopping requirements.
If you feel that any of the recommendations do not reflect your style or preferences, this can be discussed with your stylist. Where appropriate, alternative suggestions may be provided. However, the stylist cannot guarantee that every recommendation will be to the client's personal taste.
At the time your bespoke style report is created, your stylist will select items that are available and in stock. As stock levels, sizes and availability can change quickly, we recommend purchasing your chosen items within 7 days of receiving your style edit to avoid disappointment.
Each item is carefully selected based on the information you have provided. Your stylist may also include a small number of pieces that are slightly outside your usual comfort zone. These are intended to encourage you to explore new styles and can often help you discover new colours, shapes or styles that you may not have previously considered.
Please note that the stylist does not have control over stock levels, sizing, availability, pricing or subsequent changes made by retailers.
Refunds
The bespoke style report is a personalised service created specifically for you based on the information and preferences you provide. Once work has commenced on your bespoke style report, the service fee is non-refundable, except where you have a statutory right to a refund under applicable UK consumer law.
The stylist's recommendations are intended as guidance and inspiration and do not guarantee that you will like, purchase or feel comfortable wearing every item suggested.
Any clothing, accessories or other products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the individual retailer's own returns, refunds and exchange policies. The stylist is not responsible for retailer decisions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, stock availability or changes in price.
If an item is no longer available when you come to purchase it, the stylist may, where appropriate, suggest an alternative item. However, an alternative cannot always be guaranteed.
After Service Support
After your style session is complete the personal stylist is happy to offer further support to clients within a two-week time period where you can WhatsApp, email or call the stylist for any style questions.
